He proposed to me in the most unforgettable way — through a game of Scrabble, the one we’ve always loved playing together.
He had carefully glued the tiles onto the board, spelling out the words “SOWJANYA, WILL YOU MARRY ME?” and then casually asked if I wanted to play after dinner. When I opened the board to set it up, there it was — his heart written in letters.
For a moment, I was speechless — a mix of awe, surprise, and pure happiness — as he stood there with the ring in his hand and love in his eyes. That Scrabble board now hangs framed in our home, a timeless memory of the moment our forever began.
“Yes! A thousand times, yes!”
